What is Deto?
It is a new range of vinegar-based products, designed to help restore the body’s balance, with a unique flavour, made in Italy and 100% organic. All products are: unfiltered, unpasteurised and naturally gluten-free.
What is the ‘madre’?
The ‘mother’ is a natural deposit of proteins, enzymes and beneficial bacteria that forms during acetic fermentation. It is a sign of authentic, unfiltered and unpasteurised vinegar.
